Premiere Pro 2.0 and "cannot find video play modules error"

I tried to install Premiere 2.0 demo at two same configuration (WIN XP pro, SP2) and on one PC works fine while the other keeps giving me "cannot find video play modules error" on statup?!

Anbody have idea what this might be and how to fix?

Reinstalling doesn't help

SOLVED!

After installing Directx 9, things works!
