Vegas rendering help

I made almost a 10 minute css movie. I saved it and its a 532meg .wmv file...
I am using Sony Vegas 7.0b. Should I lower the quality (its on 90%)? I was aiming to get under 100megs but I guess it isnt going to happen. What settings should I render the video as?

Or should I save it as a different format? I awnna be able to upload it to youtuve.

frameserve the video from timeline with debugmode frameserver & encode to x264 with megui.use the calculator built in to find the avg. bitrate & to fit it in 100MB.
