Vegas 7 - Blur a logo in a video

Hi Guys!

I have a video with logo at the lower right corner that I'd need to blur, or pixelate.

Does anyone know how to do this in Vegas?

why do you need to blur it? Is it a music video?

Also, do you have to use Vegas because other software can do the job.
