How to do this Effect? (Clip Provided)

Hey,

I was just wondering how to do the effect in the video clip below. I am using Sony Vegas 6. Any help would be appreciated.

What effect are you talking about? I don't see any in that clip.

Sorry, should have been more clear. The clip is kinda of short, but towards the end when he is moving his arms, it kind of has a slow fade effect (not really sure how to describe it). Its almost like a shadow effect or something, where it looks like he has a double when he moves...

That just looks like frame blending which is caused by deinterlacing...
