Deflicker filter for photoshop?

Is there such a thingie? Im doing a lot of composition including pictures with alpha and stuff, and kinda tired of setting deflicker parameter in Premiere. Any idea if its possible to manage directly in Photoshop (and I dont mean simple blur)...

motion blur, 90 degrees, 1 pixel.

or custom filter:
Code:
0 0 0
0 1 0
0 1 0
with divisor 2.

if you want anything crazier than that, you'll need to make an action and use layers etc (like copy layer, blur the copy, difference it from background, copy merged the result, set top layer to normal blending again, create mask, paste in the copy you just made, levels, then flatten)
