Fadeout to video without reencoding
Hi,
I have a mpeg-2 file from a live song recorded on TV Show. Now, I'd like to add a fade out without having to reencode the whole file. TmpgEnc Mpeg Editor only allow to add a fadeout to audio but not the video which is bad. So, does it exist a program able to cut an mpeg-2 file and add a fadeout top both audio and video without having to reencode the full file (only the fadeout should be reencoded) ? Thanks |
