hi
i wanna convert videos(source) which are at 720x576 rez(at 909kbps) but still quite blocky. shud i let the rez stay the same or reduce it to aorund 640x sort-of rez? also is there any point in raising the bitrate in the new video. thanx |

Just in case you didn't know, converting won't remove the blocks. On the contrary, it will worsen the quality, no matter how high the bitrate will be.
