How to recover DVD-disk with BAD sectors?

I have a question regarding DVD-video disk.
So there're several BAD sectors on DVD disk. Of cause I can set up DVD Decrypter to skip BAD sectors. But after I write it back to new DVD, my stationary DVD player stops playing at the problem area.

As far as I understand, video or audio stream is corrupted at some point and playback interrupts.
Is there a program that can correct DVD-files in such a way, so DVD-players will bypass the problem area? Or is there a program that can fix video and audio stream errors?

If I remember correctly, DVDFab Decrypter automatically replaces bad sectors with dummy ones, so even though the disk will show bad video at the corrupt sections it should still play.
