.mov-clip from dig.cam?

Hey guys, didn't know where to post this thread so i lay it down here. My daughter took some cool .mov-clips on me doing a gig the other night. The sound is more terrible than the picture so i'm wondering: is it even any idea try to process it in eg. VDub/Avisynth and such in order to enhance those clips?
Thx

When you play the .MOV's in QuickTime player, what "Format" (audio and video stream) types are listed under "Show Movie Info"?

Cheers
