DvD Viewing Problems
Hi!
I have burned a couple of dvds with a few different movies on them. Most of them work fine but a few are discolored. When I play the movie it has a kind of reddish, brownish color on/to it. Basically the whole movie is weirdly discolored. I was starting to think it was some thing with the format but I have no clue how to check it or compare the movies. My Dvd player is Philips DVP 642. Could it have something to do with it?

How do the backups look on your pc or another standalone player? What brand media are you using? I have the same player and it plays everything with no problem. That doesn't mean it's not the player, so you need to try it on another.

Bear with me here.
Well when viewing the movie on my computer it's fine but as soon as I put it in the DvD Player it's discolored. Sorry, but I don't know how to check the format. If it's any help the movie that works fine has a size 3 times bigger than the one that is discolored though they both work fine on my computer and have the same length.
