It can rewrite the index, but it doesnt seem to write keyframe flags. So its not really helpful on large files... it will work with VLC because it doesnt care about that when seeking.

Hi

I don't think include any feature to my program, my be files bigger than 2 gb's and interleaved avis... But if you want a new feature, told me to. If I can I will add that

Program works undex linux (if you compile source code...) but with only CLI tools. I think GUI has some thread problem with wxGtk. I am trying to solve that problem...

GodofaGap:
Program aware of keyframes. May be program couln't detect frames with some special avi files key frames... It's possible, but I have no such a file. Remember, If avi file has no keyframe, than program couldn't find any keyframes
I don't know what you mean with large files ( >2 gb or 4 gb ???) but program works with files bigger than 1 GB. I think it's enought for the moment. And generated avi's works in every player, not only VLC...
But If you run at CLI with --preview mode, program checks index is available or not... If it's available, than calls the program (VLC) directly... I think no one want wait for fix file which is already seekable with vlc... I intend this mode for using with emule & vlc...

Sorry, I made a mistake. I tried it with a non-MPEG4 ASP file. With MPEG4 it seems to work fine.

Nice work! I just tried it and the performance seemed a lot better than the old DivFix non-pp.

Three small improvement suggestions:

- Right-click on file --> open with --> DivFix++ should reindex file automatically. Instead unknown parameter error is shown.

- Reindexing started from commandline has no cancel option.

- It's not obvious that the top left field is for setting the output location.

Cheers.

Hi Jay Bee!
Right click is gives error. Because you trying to execute file wih no arguments. like "DivFix++ avifile.avi".
I don't implement right click menu option, because it's not needed! But If you want right click fixing, than you have to edit explorer command line from properties of windows.. I don't remember where it is but there has to be a screen that you can change file extension to program attachments. (I mean what extensions executed with which executable...). When you find that, you needed to add some arguments. Select your arguments from "DivFix++.exe --help"

Fortunately, I have already implemented "cancel" button for CLI mode at v0.27.

Output location is needed, why? Because If you have 2 HDD, than output location to another disk gives you %100 speed boost. But I think it's better that using same path with input if output path is empty.

Thank you for advises.

If you used sourceforge feature request, than I avare your advices on time
