Having trouble backing up a DVD using DVD Shrink

I am trying to backup a DVD. I used DVD Decryptor to rip it to my hard drive. I am trying to use DVD Shrink to backup it to a DVD. When I try, I keep getting an error message that there is not enough space on my disc to backup the DVD. The DVD is brand new and never been used and I know the files to be backed up is smaller than 4.7GB. I checked all the Shrink guides which say that if the size bar has red in it that the project is too big. The bar says 4.463MB and all green so I am not sure why it will not backup.

Hi!

You problem is likely due to the particular copy protection used on that DVD.

What is the Title and Region of your DVD?

Family Guy and Region 1. I had no problems with the other 2 discs in the set.
