TARGA 3000 and Premiere 6.5 - need help

Hi

I'm still using the T3K board. That's life.
But it does what I need, and AXIO is a bit out of my pocket right now.

The question:
Is there any package of soft effects that I can use with the Targa ? In real time?

I explain.
The board does some of the Premiere efects in RT, but the the TARGA specific, not even a rotate !!!

I usualy do all of compositing in Combustion, but I will do a project and need some "basic" effects in RT (if possible) like Page turn.

The kind of effects that Matrox delivers in RT2500 and RTX-100.

I remenber of some packages for Pinnacle DV-500.
Do they work on the Targa ?

If someone out there still works with this configuration:
Win2K + T3K + P6.5 please let me know.
