Premiere Pro 2.0: how to setup up a render farm?
Actually I guess it would be less of a farm and more of a team. Well whatever, I just happen to have an extra p4 3.0 ghz w/ 512 ram laying around. I want to use it to speed up rendering and encoding in Premiere. I have read a few articles about render farms, just haven't found anything specific to premiere.
Please help! |

I dont think Premiere supports this. At least up to 1.5 I didn see any option for this, this makes sense as you shouldn do any heavy filtering in Premiere (its awfully slow) anyway
![]() Also encoding (to anything else than the input format) should be handled by a more competent application. |
