Haali Media Splitter registering problem

I extract files in Haali Media Splitter installer (avi.dll mkx.dll mp4.dll splitter.ax)
And, input in 'RUN' dialog like this.
(so registering is successful)

regsvr32 "C:\mkx\avi.dll" "C:\mkx\mkx.dll" "C:\mkx\mp4.dll" "C:\mkx\splitter.ax"

Haali Media Splitter works good.
But, AVI support didn't works.

In case of install by "Haali Media Splitter installer",
AVI support works pretty.
However, manually install(using regsvr32...) is NOT.

How do i manually install Haali Media Splitter "with AVI support" ?
(regsvr32 "C:\mkx\avi.dll" is didn't works)

I think there is a registry key you need to set.
