Slideshow Problem in IFOEDIT095

I have produced a video in Pinnacle Studio Version 8, with Video/Still Pictures/Transitions. I then Converted In TMPGENC to a .m2v and I already had a 5.1 AC3 ready for the audio track. When I go into IfoEdit to Author, the finished VOB Really messes up the transitions, some start early or end too late and its just a mess, does anyone know how I can fix this problem? The .m2v plays fine.

Are you authoring a NTSC movie? IFOedit 0.95 has problems with doing NTSC but not with PAL.
