Confusion ripping BD to drive with Folder Structure in-tact

This must be a beginners question, but all my searching keeps giving me "convert to mkv" and such stuff. NOT what I want.

What I need to do is take a certain Blu-Ray (single layer) and rip it to my hard drive keeping the folder structure in-tact. There would be two folders: BDMV and CERTIFICATE and inside are other folders (stream, playlist, etc.),

I don't want an ISO file or a single MKV file.

I'm on a PC and i have DVDfab 9.0.1.6. I also have ImgBurn, TsMuxer, MPC-HC amd many other programs.

This should be possible with DVDfab, but I keep getting an mkv or an ISO image file.

So I need specifics here on what exactly I need to do to make this right.

I apologize in advance for asking such a stupid question. But again, my searching is not giving me the answer.
