m2ts - how to cut parts of (AAC) audio?

Oi. I've been reading some topics in this board regarding TS editing /demuxing/re-encoding but nothing helped on how to cut specific parts of audio, such as commercials. I know I can use trim() in virtualdub/avisynth to remove those commercials from the video (mpeg2 1440x1080 flagged as 16:9) stream, but have no clue on the (AAC) audio part.

Any suggestions?

No workie.

I tried megui's audio cutter which uses besplit, but the final audio had screw ups inbetween the cuts.
