remove a title from a BD structure

I have a BD that has menus extras and 2 episodes. I want to remove Episode 2 ONLY and keep the rest. Then I want to remove Episode 1 Only and repeat.

This way each episode will fit onto a BD-25 without recompression and I get to keep all the extras.

Read here and here. The method is similar to replacing/adding a subtitle or an audio stream. You can choose what guide you like, but be careful with series discs, they are more demanding. You must read the guide carefully.
