Burning Subtitles into MP4 File

i've tried yamb and ripbot but to no avail they work on my PC would love to be able to watch the files on my PS3,is there any software out there that i can use to permanently add subtitles to my MP4 files ,its driving me insane any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
