PSNR calculator

Hello everybody.

I'm looking for a PSNR calculator that can receive one file from the hard drive and the other file from a real time stream.

Does anyone knows a program that can do that?
It would be bst if it would recongnize YUV format.

Can't dump the "real time" stream for offline analysis?

I imagine it would be hard to accurately sync the streams in the scenario you describe. And perfect sync is essential for PSNR measurement...

If you can dump the stream, you may use the MSU tool, for example:

How often, or on what system, the Thought Police plugged in on any individual wire was guesswork.
