Build 376:
* Added charsets 77 and 177 * Title font is now selectable in Authoring I added more than 40 fonts for you to choose of. I tried to add all kinds of font-scripts - Cyrillic, Greek, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese... If for some reason fonts don't work for you or menu lines are not aligned with the navigational arrow - use Courier New. Dean p.s. The tutorial/guide is updated. Download links in first post updated to build 376. Last edited by deank; 13th February 2009 at 12:01. |

Guys, one question
If I have video in 2 parts but subtitles in one part, so do I must divide the subtitle file in two parts also right or is there any easier solution, can I add files as APPEND instead ADD in multiAVCHD? It will be a good feature. Anyway, great program. Regards |

Can you also add the Impact font ? I am pretty sure it's going to work as well. I wonder why you don't include the full font list (just tile the custom title font), and let us choose what is working or not. There is always the solution of courier after all

No, not all fonts work and I can't add all, because each font requires specific offset setting to make first letter of a title to be positioned next to the navigational arrow. It is different for each font.
I'll add impact too. |

Build 379
* Impact font added * Input playlists handling is re-written * Initial release to support multiple playlists in imported AVCHD folders If imported AVCHD folder is: *** created with multiAVCHD (builds 343+) title names will show automatically in Title editor *** created with older multiAVCHD - title names will be set to "Older multiAVCHD compilation title#xx" in Title editor *** not created with multiAVCHD - - title names will be set to "AVCHD compilation title#xx" in Title editor NB! At this point if such folders/compilations with multiple playlists are added - YOU SHOULD NOT use UP/DOWN/DELETE buttons in Media tab or title names will get messed. If input AVCHD folder has ONLY ONE TITLE (PLAYLIST) you can proceed as before and edit/rearrange media items in Media tab. You can see if a folder is created by multiAVCHD in Media tab: Code:
[m] - multiAVCHD compilation [d] - AVCHD folder [f] - MKV/TS/MOV/MPEG file Please share your experience on this. Dean Last edited by deank; 13th February 2009 at 16:33. |

Hi Dean!
i finally got hebrew subtitles to work when using multiAVCHD in mac (with crossover) - it all had to do with language settings in crossover iteslf (similar to the option of "default language for non-unicode programs" in XP's language settings). now i use the 177 code page and subtitles show fine, even menu titles can be written in hebrew. so, if there are any other non-english users over there on mac who need this: here's how to set up language in crossover: http://www.codeweavers.com/support/d.../faq#id2501616 (question 2.8) Keep up the good work! |

I'm glad it worked
There are about 5 Hebrew fonts in Authoring to use for title names also. I hope it works I added this link to multiAVCHD_Mac.txt in the installation file archive. Last edited by deank; 13th February 2009 at 16:42. |

I never had success with auto update using crossover. When starting the normal exe (not mac_exe) I got dozens of errors. I never tested again since at least 10 builds. This evening I will test again and then report the erros.
So please dean: keep on with mac_exe for a while. |

Dean is working on a solution for multiAVCHD so you can run the AVCHD video directly from an SD card and play it on the BD 35, instead of having to burn it to DVD. |
