Sometimes XMPEG 4.2a does this ?

In Flask 0.594 I can use the function of smoothing the picture bu in XMPEG 4.2 does not have much corrections to when a video has lines across when action movies has. Ideas ??

Are you talking about deinterlacing? No, Xmpeg doesn't support that yet.

I haven't had a problem with that. some settings when it first starts to encode I do see lines accross it, but try a different format like YUY2 or YV12. if you follow the xmpeg4.2a guide exactly, you shouldn't have any problems
