AC3 EQ'd for Ogg

Ok, I give up on mp3, too many problems never got decent sound.

I've been learning Ogg, and wow the sound truly is amazing for the file sizes. I have several DVD's of old concerts, and the sound quality needed some work. I decided to try and eq the audio bring the sound up to a respectable level at higher freqs. So far the only method I have found is to Use Besweet to convert the AC3 to WAV. Use Roxio to EQ the WAV(only format supported for EQ in Roxio). Use CDex to convert the WAV to Ogg. Mux Avi into OGM and the concert is much more enjoyable.

Here's the question. I read somewhere in forums that there is a pluggin for Besweet to EQ audio files. Does anyone know what this is, where I can find it, and how it works?
