Getting Maestro or Spruceup to except 23fps

How do you get maestro or spruceup to except an m2v that has been encoded to 23fps? I would like to use FORCE FILM in DVD2AVI then encode with TMPG

Use pulldown.exe on the file. It should accept it then.

There a GUI for it by a guy called guiguy but don`t know his website. Try searching at www.google.com

I assume you mean 23.976 fps. Setting the "Encode Mode" box to "3:2 pulldown when playback" in TMPGENC should do it.
