MSS2 Private Data MSScreen 9 encoder DMO
Hi, I'm trying to reencode partially mss2 video in wmv containter using MSScreen 9 encoder DMO
There is a problem in diffrent systems WinXP and Win7 using the same source video file MSScreen 9 encoder DMO gives different Codec's Extra Data(private data) that has difference in first 2 bytes. According to http://wiki.multimedia.cx/index.php?title=MSS2 It is palette (256 RGB triplets). Does anyone know about which system functions uses MSScreen 9 encoder DMO to generate this " palette trilplets"? I suppose it should be kind of system call because the source conditions are the same.
