APNG/MNG support

But why do we need yet another "mod" of VirtualDub instead of a simple Input-Plugin for official VirtualDub?

Didn't VirtualDubMod cause enough pain ???

You can't. So that's actually a good point

As long as VDub isn't improved to support other output methods than VFW, the only way would be implementing some "fake" VFW Codec, which creates a "dummy" AVI file and at the same time exports the frame to an APNG file. ffdshow's VFW encoder part offers a similar functionality, not for APNG though...

The better way of course would be adding an interface for Output Plugins to original VirtualDub, instead of wasting your time for maintaining yet another fork of VDub.

Version 1.9.9.1 is out.

Logo filter supports APNG now, so you can make your logos animated (and transparent).
