Sound is not synchron with the video after AVI splitting!

hi,

I'v the following problem:

I work with g-knot 0.21b and have made an 1.38GB .avi-file of a movie, sound and video are synchron, still.

Because it's a 1,38GB file, I've split it into 2 peaces with NanDub (with: Go to last keyframe...)

The first part of the movie is still synchron with the video, too!
But the second part is not! Here, you can hear the sound ca. 3 secs earlier before the artist is speaking really!

Do u have had that problem already?
If yes, how did u solve it?
