Watch VCDs using ffdshow!!! (Postprocessing+...)
WOW!!!! VERY COOL!!! LOOKS MUCH BETTER!!!!
Settings (after you have reconstructed my graph) At ffdshow: -Postprocessing on (as much as your CPU can do) -Noise on -Blur and sharpen may help at cartoons/animes -Resize to 640x480 -At MISCELLANEOUS turn „FLIP VIDEO“ on!!! (Colorspace Converter flips the picture) (I hope the moderator will show the attachment very fast!) |

since windows can natively decode mpeg1 streams, but NOT VCD or SVCD (windows can't handle the S/VCD CD format correcty), i'm wondering, what filters do u have installed that enable vcd playback?

wow!
seems as if ffdshow would do this on its own! I am here at a friends and I just had to reinstall Window$, now I installed the newst ffdshow and mplayer2 uses ffdshow automatically to decode "We were soldiers" (VCD)!!! (maybe because of the "Raw video" feature... never noticed it before)

Well, I couldn't even reconstruct the graph. Graphedit stubbornly claims that MPEG Video Decoder and ffdshow can't exchange data...
If I can't even reconstruct the graph, how am I supposed to make this work?
