QuEnc HQ Mode

Are there any comparisons or opinions about QuEnc's HQ mode? I was just wondering if people feel its worth the extra encoding time? Does it depend on source or final bitrate?

personal opinion. HQ is good for low bitrate output or tough sources.

if you are encoding a fairly static clip/movie at a high bitrate HQ is not generally needed.
