mpc: m2v in mkv not recognized by internal splitter ?

Hi,

yesterday I muxxed one m2v und two ac3 elementary streams from a DVD-Rip into a matroska container using latest mkvtoolnix. The DVD is "Stargate SG1" fourth season, first DVD RC2.

Now I ran into the problem that the internal matroska splitter of both mpc and mpc hc does not detect the video stream in the container, instead it only finds the two audio streams. When I am using Haalis splitter instead, everything is ok. Can anybody confirm this behavior, and if yes, is this bug already known ?

I would prefer to use the internal splitter because I want to be able to switch the audio channels using a remote control. Afaik this is not possible if I am using haali as external matroska splitter.
