I Have Tried Bobing And Then Restoring It To 25fps But that doesnt work

What is the source of this footage? And can you please share a short piece of the unprocessed original clip?

I Dont Know Whats The Source Of It I Think Its A DVDSCR Source , I Got This Source From A LOCAL STORE And Wanted To Burn A Decent Deinterlaced Encoded Copy WIth Bright Colours ( I Like Vibrant Colours) Of It To A DVD To Watch It In My TV

Closed for rule 6 violation. The first version of your post admits you downloaded it and then you edited it to say you bought it at a store. That gets you a rule 6 strike, which likely would not have occurred absent your dissimulation.
