Is there already a version for making 4k titles?

There is some beta as far as I know.
There is also something from Jargon Technologies + Sony has its own system (not for sale).

Yep, quite a few discs that are currently available have been authored on it.

DVD-Logic also has a UHD authoring package called KryptonITe (based on it's current BD authoring tool), that's currently in Beta. That will probably be available soon.
