HeadAC3he v0.16a-pre released

- fixed HeadAC3he tends to crash at the end of mp3 encoding
- some minor fixes

Please report back, if I really managed to fix it.

Sorry DA. It's still crashing at the end of the encode to MP3. My LAME settings were ABR 112, min32 and a max of 256. Again, I'm running WinXP.

I hope you're just doing that in testing...if anything, you should be setting a minimum, just let the max go to 320 when the encoder feels it needs to, especially with ABR, it's not going to make a difference in filesize, but even with VBR, the difference on a 2 hour movie is less than 1MB
