save, pause, load que/batch

sometimes when encoding 15 episodes, you might want to get on the pc right quick or soon but you can't pause the que.

the load and save is obvious how that would work, say I que up a bunch of shows or extras, got everything set, the pc crashes, power goes out, I need to reboot, I lose all that info in all those cases. then I have to re-enter all of it again.

it would be nice to be able to setup a large batch job and hit save, so you can come back to it later.

the pause idea would have to work different, since vdub doesn't pause, it would be more like the flashfxp pause, it stops after the current file or in this case job finishes.

just some ideas me and a friend were discussing.

Would you like to pause in the middle of an encode, which seems unlikely to be implemented (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.ph...679#post572679) or would you like a persistent queue, which seems more likley (see the survey on the left http://www.autogk.net/)?
