avisynth tokenizer in .dll + delphi import unit + template class

if s.o. need the avisynth tokenizer to use it in Delphi,
just ask me. i've made a C++ link for the tokeniser,a dll,
and a import unit with a template class TTokenizer.
I'll use it for AVSedit.
if it can be usefull for s.o., don't waste your time.I did it
