ffh264 starting decode

Hi people,

I use ffh264 to decode image data from an IP Camera and I have one question.

At first, when I connect to the camera, I receive a I-frame. When I try to decode this the descompressor fails with -100 error. Only occurs this that first I-frame. The others are correctly decoded.

Then the problem are the frames on the middle of the two first I-frames. If the first IF fails then I see all the next frames full gray, their decompress return OK, on the window. When the next I-frame arrives all continues OK.

Where is the problem at first I-frame decoding?

Thanks in advance community

Post a link to a sample of your source stream so that we can analyze it to find the problem. Upload it to mediafire.com and post the link here.
