Rip DVD Menus to use in Scenarist

Hello!
I've been serching for hours and found some threads but really didn't find the awnswer. I've also read some of the guides and this is my first time ripping (but I sorta know how to use DVDDecrypter) I have a DVD9 and I want to rip out the menus (some are still Menus & others are Motion Menus) I want to rip the Menus and the subpictures so I can use it in Scenarist. I want to keep the Menus Full Original Quality. I've heard of some tools that make backups of DVD9 ---> DVD5 and you can keep the original menus with the Linking 'N all. (i wonder how they do that) So is it possible I can rip the menus out of the DVD? Or at least take out some of the pictures from the Menus, and then use those menus to author in Scenarist.

Thanks in Advance!!!! I'd appreciate it!!!

You should not be touching the menus at all. You'll only be sorry later. Both my guide(found at the site listed in my signature), as well as Doom's guide explains how to re-integrate with the original menu to have a full copy. You should try following a guide to learn this method.
