P.S. rev.2812 - i added "Status" in setting, it's show input & output format.
Nice, though Status is showing 24 bit as 32 bit int for output.

For Exclusive - all right. In Audio Control Panel set 24bit 48000, but real is 32bit 48000.

For 16bit - 16bit.

For Shared Mode - always is 32 bit float.

Can you please backport the latest DVB changes from MPC-HC cause they've enabled DVB-C support (at least in my case) ?

No. I don't have DVB card and can't test.

Mercury22 can test, it's obviously working fine in MPC-HC for him so why not just backport it?

You guys haven't touched the DVB code from HC have you? Wouldn't it "just work"? HC is usually quite stable with changes in DVB area, perhaps make a test build for Mercury22 and then if he says it's good
you could get one of the beta testers to test to your liking so it can be committed later?

Yes - we haven't touched the DVB code from MPC-HC, because have no DVB card ...

Need DVB support - use MPC-HC or DVB viewer

are you guys aware of a bug where the mpc-be process remains after the player has been closed?

I believe mpc-hc may have had the same issue and had it fixed recently - https://github.com/mpc-hc/mpc-hc/commit/9c5bdfe645a41622e6fd4bfa471ff55014a62e30

Sorry for ignorant question, but ... I see discussion of v1.1.3 from January, but now it looks like the latest version is v1.1.1. Are they different branches or different levels of stability? Why should I choose one over the other?

(I'm using 1.1.1 now with no major problems, on a pretty slow/crusty W7 box)

1.1.1 is the dev version. Just grab the latest from the Sourceforge website

I'm not sure that they'll be releasing a new "stable" any time soon.. there's not really any need when the dev build is so stable.

Channel positions are not set in this file and "Audio Switcher" can't connect. This file plays fine with "MPC Audio Renderer" and WASAPI mode.

Like mrhuge I was using the latest stable version but after seeing your post I'll give the latest nightly a try (I used to do the same for MPC-HC).
Anyway I want to download the 64-bit version but there is one compiled in Visual Studio 2010 and one in 2012, what is the difference?

Also if I enable the option "Replace file name with title" it uses the title and year in the case of mp3 files, i.e. "Dazed and Confused (1969)"; is there a way to change it to "Led Zeppelin - Dazed and Confused"?

Not much really. VS2012 is the newer compiler, it's generated executable is a little larger than the VS2010 version.
There may be slight differences in performance between the two but it won't be noticeable. Either is fine, I'm aware of no drawbacks to using the VS2012 version now, so unless someone can come up with a reason not to use it, I'd prefer that.
