I think it should work now. Please check to see if custom chapters are set correctly.

Just update.

1st idea is: you hear audio - no video... MKV video is not supported by PS3... either it is level > 4.1 or encoded with unsuported options (x264).

Custom chapters seems to work well now, at least from checking the meta file. But I keep getting AVCHD/BD that are very small <100 KB. Sometimes _TEMP has a full AVCHD/BD in there sometimes it doesn't. I've tried to check and uncheck move files, and check and uncheck top menu. This happened on 2 different mkvs that used to work, on 2 different boxes, vista 64 and xp 32. Any ideas?

MediaInfo seem doesn't work.
MultiAVCHD awaits MediaInfo log and not continue (mediainfo "my_video.mkv" --logfile=mediainfo.txt).
No problem with chapters each 5 min.

Try un-checking [x] Delete temp files and see what's inside _TEMP.

That's right. If you hover (o) Keep original chapters you will see a hint... as with most options.

Okay... quick update - something most of you will enjoy:

[x] Apply standard height to video in tsMuxer tab.

If your input MKV is not AVCHD compliant, multiAVCHD will set new height value in CLPI na MPLS files - value which is next compliant resolution. In other words: if your mkv height is <480 it will be set at 480p, if >480 and <576 will be set to 576, etc.

This should help most SAPs to play non standard resolution videos, and now PLAYSTATION3 will show subtitles with these non standard resolutions.

Still you may have artifacts at the bottom of the screen.

Bugfix: audio and subtitle tracks from one title were unnecessarily added to the next title. It is okay now.

Credits go to a fellow bulgarian for pointing it out to me.

About your new resizing option; does this apply to ~528p->720p and ~800p-->1080p? And when you say artifacts, do you mean the huge hideous green bar (for 2.35:1 ratios)?

Keep up the good work.

Yes, next compliant resolution. ~528p will become 576p

height<480 = 480p
480<height<576 = 576p
576<height<720p = 720p
720<height<1080 = 1080p

Nothing can be done for the annoying green bar, yet, but this way subtitles are shown and saps play it better.

----

Later I will rework the way *TS files are imported, because now it seems to have problems with audio out-of-sync or not importing properly at all. Everything is fine with MKV so far.

why not adjust the resolution according to the width?
if width=1280 -> height=720
if width=1920 -> height=1080

Can anyone try multiAVCHD under Wine emulator for Linux/MacOS?

Also download links in first post are updated. They point to my site, instead to rapidshare.

Latest PAL/NTSC LITE/FULL versions include everything you need (build 130).
