Also, uninstall any other codec packs you may have installed.
I had h264/avc=disabled in ffdshow video decoder configeration. What about in ffdshow audio decoder configuration?

Has anyone gotten the "- [20:39:31] CorrectEPData() 00006 2008" error? Happens immediately after this: " - [20:33:57] Multiplexing M2TS"

V0.30.02

You should be using version 30.04. See if you get the error with it.

Jdobbs said he was writing his own code to resize subs which should fix the problem.
Most probably that will work with Matrix but didn't work with Wolverine, tsMuxeR still crashes at 12.10% even if I disable subs or rip movie only with subs disabled.

Any other thoughts? Has anyone been able to transcode this movie?

I got a problem now with retrieving the audio:

[09:00:13] PHASE ONE, Encoding
- [09:00:13] Extracting A/V streams [VID_00505]
- Error in attempt to extract audio/subs.
- Can't create output file C:\USERS\USER1\APPDATA\LOCAL\BD REBUILDER\WORKFILES\00505+00506+00509+00511+00512+00514+00515+00517+00518+00520+00521+00523+00524+00526+00527+05032+00530+00532+00533+00535+00536+00538+00539+00542+00545+05033+00548+00550+00551+00553+00554+00556+00557+00559.track_4352.dts
[09:00:15] - Failed to retrieve audio, aborted

Could the problem be the path length?

There must be someting in my configuration goofed up if you all are able to run with out errors so I'll have to go back and look closer at my codecs and so on. Thanks for the feed back it really helps to know it should be working.

@Sharc
If your running Vista or 7 that could cause you problems I personally wouldn't output to my user/application data folders that's really for programs to use for user settings and is considered Windows system files area so it is protected somewhat. Make a temp folder in your root directory and output there not in APPDATA, USERS, WINDOWS, DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS, or PROGRAMDATA subfolders.

@setarip_old
The settings shown previously are for a full backup which is my prefered mode as I do like to have some of the special features in my backups that way I can archive my retail disc keeping it safe. But I have tried it both ways as stated in my secound post just didn't see a need to re-post all the same info with just that little change since the out come was exactly the same.

This seems to have solved the problem. Thanks!
Strange, I have always been using the APPDATA/LOCAL folder in Vista and never had an issue. Looks like the problem popped up with the recent updates of Vista; I am not sure though.

Although I can't offer an explanation, I'd suggest that part of your problem may have to do with the indicated "Approximate total content" of only 1:58 for the full disc.

I say this because IMDB and multiple other sites indicate the movie-only running time to be 1:47 - which would leave only 11 minutes regarding extras and others. Can anyone verify the "approximate total content" indicated for their successful full disc rip of "Wolverine"?

I'm trying again with 30.04. I will know in a couple of days whether it worked or not.

Good point setarip_old.
Here my value for the full disc:
- Approximate total content: [03:39:26.936]
This looks different, doesn't it?

In light of all the effort by "jdobbs" (and Doom9 members aiding in beta testing) to track down and correct true bugs related to commercial BluRays, I hope another Gladiator-like "situation" hasn't arisen to waste "jdobbs" time...

For the unwashed, what do you mean by a "Gladiator-like situation"?

There was an invalid character in a file on the Gladiator BD that was on the newsgroups, caused a problem for some people trying to re-encode it with BD-Rebuilder... It was an illegal download situation and not a real bug.

1) What is your system configuration?

2) Are you playing back on your PC or on a standalone player? If on your PC, what software are you using for playback?
the fininsed disks are being played back on both a Panasonic bD rw and an LG bluray player.
The audio sync issue is noted exactly the same on both devices
