HD-DVD Frames being cut-off

Yes, I've been following the HD-DVD to DIVX guide, I put .trim(0,xxxx) xxxx=framecount, but everytime I encode it, the last 5 minutes or so are still cut off, now if I play my audio avs script it has audio for the whole movie, but if I open the video AVS the last 5 minutes are still not there. Anyone know a way I can rip a whole movie without that last 5-10 minutes being cut off?

Did you open the video.avs in either VirtualDub or WMP to see what the actual duration for the movie is and is it the same for both audio and video?
