Hi Kurt,
Given that MP4Box and your latest compile of it now includes .M1V and .M2V elementary stream support along with basic .TS stream support, is there any chance you could add the file extensions to YAMB? Cheers mate

Feature request ^^:
Kurt could you add the capability to tag 3GPP and 3GPP2files with AtomicParlsely? It supports the full set of 3gp metadata, including language setting (I would ask to include to AP's guys the capability to add multiple tag in multiple language, it's supported by the standard, I think) you can find useful info about the command lines type --3gp-help or looking in the docs. And another important AP related stuff: what about including the "-F free" to delete the useless padding free atoms? well, tnx1 P.S.: QT shows 3GPP metadata, but it has problem with the "אטילעש" characters. Now I've an old version of QT 7 (the 7.0.3), I'll try do upgrade. P.P.S.: there is a new UTF-16 compatible build, in their download page, it would work with the windows typefaces, and infact the file shows right character in AtomicParlsey, it's QT that screw them.... |

Regarding Tagging here some strange Experiences from me:
1) If I tag pictures with mp4tag, they are not shown in all programs like my shell extension. If I tag the pictures with atomicparsley with --artwork, they are shown in all programms I know 2) If I tag everything with atomicparsley, my chaptername change all from Chapter 1 to Chapter x to the name of the video => Every chapter has the name of the video. 3) When I tag with the nerotagger the same problem with the chapters 4) When I tag first the picture with atomicparsley and then the rest with mp4tag everything works fine.

Video format WMV3 not supported - recompress the file first
Feature Not Supported Error: Feature Not Supported Error: Feature Not Supported WTF!!! any solutions? i don't want to reencode the file :/ there is no way to force the mux like in mkvtoolnix force vwf with a command line like --engage allow_avc_in_vfw_mode (h264 need this if encoded with virtualdub) anyway, yamb can't mux vwf too, but at least mkvtoolnix do why wmv9 (wmv3) codec isn't supported anyway Last edited by HieiYYH; 17th June 2006 at 08:31. |

Muxing AacPlus to 3gp sounds downsampled???
Im muxing my AacPlus-file (32kbps/44kHz) to a 3gp-container but when i listen to the audio it sounds downsampled (with quicktime or on the phone).
If Im muxing an Aac-file (64kbps/44KHz) i dont get this effect and it will sound like the original file. Does anyone know why?? /best regards joynes |

I just got Yamb 1.6 and I need a little help. Here's what I'm trying to do.
I have a quicktime file with 5.1 sound and I'm trying to take the 5.1 sound from the quicktime file and make it a 5.1 ac3 file for use in DVDLab. I was told Yamb could do this, but I have no idea how to use Yamb. Any help would be great. Thanks |

Open your mov file in Extract Tab (check the drop-down list to choose .mov extention) then check "Extract Track ID xxx in raw" where xxx corresponds to the id from the Audio Stream. With MP4Box infos, this is materialized by type "soun"....

hi,
is anyone able to mux this trailer (http://images.apple.com/movies/touch...tige_h720p.mov) into mp4? I tried MP4Box_20060708.zip and the recent build from celtic_druid. yamb says: [10:19:35] : Importing & Writing streams... [10:19:35] : Error importing C:\Mo'town\the_prestige_h720p.mov: Invalid IsoMedia [10:19:35] : Muxing failed. it's the first trailer here where yamb failed (spiderman 2 for example worked)...

Indeed.....
The problem is with this pile of crap: - .... Once the "TimeCode" information is removed (using QT7 Pro), YAMB has no problems re-muxing the file to .MP4 Cheers
