problems with avi (20 fps) file

hi,

i got some historical documentations on emule about rommel. as i look for the detailed information to saw that tha the avi is stored with these paramters: divx5, 640*480, 20 fps, but the sound is for 25 fps. therefore i´m not sure what to do because i got always an error with dvd2svcd.....

i would appreciate any help. i´m looking for a way to produce a simple svcd version of this avi file
