Regarding the offset of sample in mp4 file

I use mp4v2 to create one mp4 file which has one audio stream, two video streams. Since my scene is video conference, one video stream is secondary stream and is intermittenly, for example, the secondary stream would start after first video stream played 30 seconds.
so I set the renderingoffset in

void MP4Track::WriteSample(

const uint8_t* pBytes,

uint32_t numBytes,

MP4Duration duration,

MP4Duration renderingOffset,

bool isSyncSample
)

but it doesn't work.

Is there any method to enable this feature?
