SmoothDeinterlacer - new version with YV12 native support

Here you can find a new version of old but very good deinterlacing plugin by Gunnar Thalin (ported to AviSynth by Xesdeeni).

By me (Mikola) were added to it a native support for YV12 colourspace and some MMX & SSE optimizations. Testers are welcome.

Good, I was hoping that this would happen.

Also, you might want to try uploading the file to a server, not the forum. It usually takes a while for a moderator to approve the attachments.

Done by the author of original plugin - Gunnar.

Still remain minor bugs, but it works.
