corrupted header

Hi there,

There's one more problem: I received a RealMedia-file with a corrupted header (I suggest), because mplayer is able to play it and RealPlayer is not. As I searched via google, I've found a bunch of applications that should fix that problem, but half of them didn't even work. The others had an interface that isn't really usable. So, what I'm looking for is a command-line tool that is able to rewrite the header of a RealMedia file...any suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks for your reply, it worked, but now I see a different problem: I'd like to edit the file with the RealMedia Editor, but it just prompts an error. So I installed the RM Analyzer/Shell Extension to see what's wrong. All settings seem to be OK, except the values for "video mode" and "audio mode". There's simply no value. Maybe that's the reason why the Editor refuses to open the file?

Anyway, if somebody knows a way to edit this metadata AFTERWARDS, this would be cool. Thank you!
