AviSynth crashes with error code: -1073741674 in megui

I searched the forum and Google tried everything suggested nothing works. i am using windows 7 ultimate x64 sp1 6GB ram
megui 2028 Avisynth Version 2.6.0.2 here is the log:

More likely an "Invalid Instruction" that just happened to look like a Privileged one.
