miniDVD
I hope this is the right forum. I am trying to find out if miniDVD is the same thing as the new Nintendo Gamecube is using. I have small children, and would love to be able to back-up the games, so if they get scratched we have a backup. I have done this with all their CDrom games, and it has worked out great. Any info on this subject would be greatly appreciated. They are supposedly DVD, but they are the size of the miniCD's.
Thanks. NL5 |

To be frankly, I have no idea how a DVD for the Nintendo Gamecube is like. But I assume, it's just a regular DVD on a smaller (8 cm) medium.
When we talk about "miniDVDs" we think of a standard CDROM (650-800MB) with a DVD file system on it. Unfortunatly most stand-alone DVD player won't play those... -sundance- |
