Customising 3D Bluray

Well, it appears that this question has not been asked (or answered) so far ...

Is there any possibility to add custom subtitles or removing existing audio tracks from a 3D Bluray, while preserving its format?

All the threads and answers I've seen so far are either concerned with MKV/MP4 or with SBS and stuff.

I also remember that it took a while until this was possible on DVD (and during all this time people were concerned with burning subtitles on AVIs). I hope the BD is ripe for this surgery

Thanks
